Do we accept returns? Yes — we accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

What's eligible? Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received. Final sale items, opened beauty/skincare products, and gift cards are not eligible.

How to initiate a return:

Email us at dropculturebrand@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.


We'll respond within 2 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions.


Ship the item back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Processing timelines:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.


Refunds are issued to the original payment method.


Exchanges are subject to availability.
